Remote Sales Closer (Inbound Calls Only)

We’re looking for a confident and results-focused Sales Closer to handle inbound opportunities and convert them into clients. You’ll work directly with the founder, speaking with pre-qualified leads who are already interested in our services. No cold calling — just high-quality conversations and strong closing skills.
$45–$85 per hour (based on experience) · Flexible contractor arrangement · Remote-first
Key Responsibilities
You’ll own the full sales cycle for inbound leads — from initial call through to closing and handover.
Convert warm leads into paying clients through structured, high-quality conversations
- Handle inbound booked calls with qualified prospects
- Build rapport quickly and understand client needs
- Present tailored solutions based on business goals
- Overcome objections with confidence and clarity
Stay organised and maintain a strong conversion pipeline.
- Manage CRM and update lead statuses consistently
- Follow up with prospects who need additional touchpoints
- Track conversion metrics and identify improvements
- Maintain a structured and repeatable sales process
Continuously improve your close rate and sales performance.
- Review call recordings and refine your approach
- Test new scripts and objection-handling techniques
- Collaborate with the team to improve lead quality
- Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
Skills & Attributes

- Proven experience in high-ticket sales or closing roles
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and control conversations
- Experience with inbound or appointment-based sales

- Experience selling marketing or agency services
- Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
- Understanding of sales psychology and frameworks
- Remote sales experience with international clients
- Experience working on commission-based structures
