Key Responsibilities
You’ll work across website builds, performance improvements, and technical delivery for a focused portfolio of clients — with clear standards and direct access to the founder.
Build and optimise WordPress websites and landing pages to a high standard.
- Custom page builds (Elementor + HTML/CSS)
- Responsive optimisation across devices
- Clean structure and scalable layout
Improve website speed and technical structure to meet modern standards.
- Page speed and Core Web Vitals improvement
- Technical SEO basics and site health
- Bug fixing and ongoing troubleshooting
Use AI tools to accelerate development without compromising quality.
- Faster layout iteration and prototyping
- Code assistance and refinement
- Process automation where applicable
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who can take a brief and execute it cleanly — independently, on time, and to a standard clients are proud of.
- Strong WordPress experience across real projects
- Solid HTML and CSS knowledge
- Responsive design expertise
- Ability to work independently and manage own tasks
- Strong attention to technical detail and QA
- Experience with Elementor
- Understanding of on-page SEO principles
- Familiarity with AI development tools
- Performance optimisation and speed auditing experience
Work Structure & Compensation
Hourly contractor role with consistent agreed hours and clear project scopes.
Competitive hourly rate based on experience, with room to grow as the relationship develops.
Ongoing project pipeline as MAP scales its client portfolio — not a one-off engagement.
