We’re looking for a confident, consultative Remote Sales Closer to take pre-booked inbound calls and convert qualified prospects into committed clients. You’ll lead structured sales conversations, uncover buyer intent, handle objections clearly, and close with professionalism—without cold calling or chasing unqualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll own the full sales conversation for a focused pipeline of inbound, pre-qualified leads—from first hello to signed agreement and clear handover.
Lead structured, high-conviction sales calls with warm prospects who have already raised their hand.
- Handle pre-booked inbound calls with interested prospects
- Build rapport quickly and set a clear agenda for each call
- Ask strong discovery questions to uncover goals, pain points, and urgency
- Present the offer clearly and confidently, tailored to the prospect’s situation
Navigate hesitation, questions, and concerns while keeping conversations calm, clear, and outcome-focused.
- Handle common objections (timing, budget, partner, risk) without pressure tactics
- Clarify next steps when a prospect needs a short decision window
- Maintain disciplined follow-ups on warm but not-yet-closed opportunities
- Keep clean notes so any team member can see where a deal stands
Keep the sales pipeline accurate, visible, and moving so we know exactly what’s working.
- Update CRM after every call with notes, status, and next actions
- Track personal close rates, call outcomes, and revenue generated
- Share feedback on lead quality and common objections with leadership
- Align with marketing and delivery so promises match what gets delivered
Skills & Attributes
We’re hiring for real closing ability, not just “sales experience” on a CV. You should be comfortable running live calls, asking direct questions, and confidently asking for the sale when the fit is right.
- Proven experience closing deals over the phone or Zoom
- Strong objection handling and active listening skills
- Clear, persuasive, and professional spoken communication
- Ability to follow a proven sales process while sounding natural
- Comfort working with activity and revenue targets
- Reliable, self-directed, and disciplined in a remote environment
- Experience closing high-ticket or service-based offers
- Background in agency, consulting, coaching, or similar B2B services
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic pipeline management
- History of working on a commission or performance-based structure
- Comfort with screen-sharing, proposal walkthroughs, and digital contracts
